Screen printing since the very beginning. Following our establishment in 2002, we’ve had plenty of time to refine and build out our selection of screen printing services. More often than not, if you can wear it, we can print it.
Screen printing is the best method for customized and or high-volume orders. Need it big or shiny? We can print to cover the entire garment or even take it up a notch with effects like foiling, metallic, puff, high-density, blister or phosphorescent ink.
With 15 automatic presses, 5 manual presses, and nearly 140,000 square feet dedicated to printing, our numbers speak for themselves.
We offer a variety of screen printing services to fit your individual needs. Standard printing employs plastisol inks for durable prints and can accommodate up to 14 colors per a maximum print location of 21” x 23”.
For an extremely soft garment, we recommend discharge or water-based printing. After a wash, the ink’s surface texture becomes unnoticeable.
Full-color, detailed printing is achievable on both light and dark garments with our simulated process or index printing processes using halftone blending to achieve the appearance of a full-color print.Traditional CMYK printing is also a great option on white and light garments.
