DTG (DIRECT TO GARMENT) PRINTING
DTG is a print process that applies a graphic directly to a garment using digital print technology. We utilize DTG printing for orders with designs with lots of colors and when quantity is lower than what makes sense for Screen Printing or Hybrid DTG. Depending on the number of colors in the design, DTG is great for jobs from 1-143 pieces. We call this “BULK” DTG printing, even though the order minimum is just one piece.
HYBRID DTG (DIGITAL SQUEEGEE)
Hybrid DTG, also known as Digital Squeegee, involves screen printing an underbase and then printing CMYK digitally on top. This is a great option for colorful design when the order size is larger than what is ideal for DTG but not large enough to justify a full color simulated process screen print set-up. Ideal for high color count designs with run sizes of 144-1200.
One is on our already built websites where we can set up a storefront for you with your designs / branded apparel. We take care of fulfillment, printing, managing the website and shipping directly from our facility to your customer’s door.
Another type is we can integrate directly with your e-commerce or Shopify store to our print on demand services. This way, if you already have a website built you can create your products that we offer and have them connected to our order management system that will then go directly into our print on demand service where we then print, fulfill the order and ship directly to your customer’s door.
