How to Place an Order:
There are 2 ways that you can place an order.
- Email us. Send an email to email@example.com with your full name, phone number, billing/ shipping address (please specify if you plan on picking the shirts up at our MIlwaukee location). If you have it, also include the design, shirt colors, brands sizes. We'll get back to you right away to get your order underway.
- Call us. If you are unsure about anything, just call and we'll get you started. 414.763.9138. Don't hesitate. We're here to help.
Once the order has been submitted:
Once we have received all of the information regarding your order, we will email or fax you a final invoice and mock-up showing a digital image of approximately how your finished product will look. Payment is then necessary before we begin to print.
Payment is accepted as:
- credit card: number is to be exchanged over the phone
- paypal: our paypal address is firstname.lastname@example.org
- check: mailed to 1800 E. Bolivar Ave Milwaukee, WI 53235. Payable to Redwall
- call if you need to make different payment arrangements.
WI residents are subject to 5.6% sales tax, if applicable.
Turnaround / Other Info:
- Normal turnaround (not guaranteed) is 5-7 business days (8-12 for American Apparel) (ship time not included) from when approved artwork, order confirmation and payment have been received. If you have a date that you need your order by, be sure to let us know and we’ll do all we can to meet your deadline.
- Rush service (subject to availability): 1 day: 100% of order total. 2 day: 75% of order total. 3 day: 50% of order total. 4 day: 25% of order total. Often we can meet these deadlines at a reduced rate. Call for info.
Shipping charges will be added to the invoice, shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Pick-up from our Milwaukee location is always welcome.
